This is a personal website. The privacy approach is deliberately simple.
What is collected
When you send a note or an enquiry through this website, the form stores what you type, typically your name, email address, the nature of the enquiry and your message. Nothing else is requested and nothing is required beyond what the form marks as mandatory.
How it is used
Messages are read by Dr. Ashvini Sundararaju and used only to reply to you or to arrange the work you asked about. They are not sold, rented or shared for advertising.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a managed database with access restricted to the site owner. Anonymous visitors can send a message but cannot read messages, including their own.
Analytics
Basic, aggregate usage events, such as which pages are opened and which buttons are used, may be recorded to understand what readers find useful. These events are not used to build an advertising profile of you.
Your choices
You can ask for your message and contact details to be deleted at any time by writing to hello@theashvini.com, and they will be removed unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
